Lava fiend is a fiery creature often found in caves. It is heavily armoured and makes a dangerous opponent due to its burning attacks.
Can bash down walls.
Can pass through unlocked doors and gates.
Small chance of spawning on rock.
Difficulty similar to Hellhounds. (40-45 Fightskill)
