These lava creatures enter the surface through lava pools, probably in order to hunt. Or burn.

Notes

• Lava fiend is a fiery creature often found in caves. It is heavily armoured and makes a dangerous opponent due to its burning attacks.
• Can bash down walls.
• They can pull carts, but only while dominated.
• Can pass through unlocked doors and gates and climb ladders to attack player.
• Small chance of spawning on rock.
• Difficulty similar to hell hounds. (40-45 fight skill)
