A small, hard, black glistening piece of rock.

Flint is a unique form of the quartz mineral. Combined with a steel lump, it makes a steel and flint and can then be used as such to ignite other materials.
Players with at least 20 prospecting skill can detect flint within rock walls.

Flint can be found through:
- Mining
- Foraging on Rubble nodes
- Butchering lava fiends
