Personal Merchant Contract

A contract that allows you to summon an Escrow trader to trade on your behalf.
Place items into his inventory for other players to buy, and come back and collect the profits later. ☺
A good Idea would be to construct a 1x1 house around him, with three walls and a window, thereby creating your own personal shop.
