Description
Bartender is an NPC in all server starter towns: the tutorial in Golden Valley; Gold Coast, The Landing and The Shroud in Wild; and The Howl (Freedom Market) on Independence or Esert on Exodus in Freedom.
Notes
The bartender gives food and water to any player with under 24 hours of play time. Right-click him and select Ask for refreshment.
Food and water levels are increased to 100%, and nutrition is increased to a maximum of 50%.
