A pole in chains floats here. It seems inhabited by fire spirits.

Cast courier or dark messenger on a Strange device while near lava(or something glowing hot on the tile).
Must be 10 tiles away from another turret.
Range of fire is ~8 tiles.
Attack can be blocked with shield.
Can be loaded on a large cart, wagon, or picked up, unless planted.
Unable to recast.
Not improvable after casting.
