| In January 2013 a young Wurmian, Phyko, wandered the Inner Sea coastline in search for a place to stay. When he passed Bonsai he was overwhelmed by the beautiful view and location so he asked to stay with Moot and Marni as their apprentice.

| In February 2013 Moot and Marni decided they want to live as hermits in the Mountains so they left Bonsai, leaving it to Phyko.

| Shortly after Phyko decided to expand a little, so he bought another nearby deed (Oaky Dokey) ,a farm and a house and disbanded both deeds, repositioned the settlement token and re-deeded Bonsai to a size of 93x65 Tiles.
