Description
A small spool of wood with a string rolled up in the center.
Notes
Yoyos cannot be improved. Quality (QL) depends largely on the quality of the shaft used. Using a shaft of more than 0.1kg is possible but the entire shaft is used in the process.
Using an 82QL shaft and a 65QL string of cloth, the percent chance of success is indicated to be 6% at 0.00 toy making, 30% at 1.00 toy making, and 32% at 1.51 toy making. Initial QL appears to be shaft QL/10.
