A skin sown from leather with a wooden plug in a strap.

The skin may be used to hold up to 2.50kg of any liquid and varying amounts of smaller volume dry goods. It is lightweight which makes for easy access to water when away from conventional water sources.

The following are the maximum amounts of some example items that a skin may hold. Many item volumes vary, such as vegetables, so these aren't included.
