Description
- The ql of the flint affects the succes %, the ql of the steel lump determines max ql of the finished steel and flint.
- This item is included in the newbie tool pack at ql50 and the newbie one does not drop on death.
- Beware when using large lumps of steel to make this item, creating it seems to use the entire lump regardless of whether it's over 0.30 or not.
