This greyish powder, when consumed, will give 1 hour sleep bonus.

Sleep powder is an item made from wheat which when consumed, gives the player 1 hour of sleep bonus. It can be bought from a trader for 3 silver coins.
It is also given to player who buys premium on the Wurmonline shop at a rate of one powder per month.
This item cannot be dropped and must be traded directly.
Sleep powder is not very nutritious, so eating it may drop your nutrition levels.
