Rare fishing rods are observed to break less, take less damage and have slightly better odds at catching rare fish.

• Fishing line determines success rate, shaft determines initial quality.
• Upon failure, both fishing line (regular) and shaft are lost.

• They say that willow is the best wood type for fishing rods.

• Wind of Ages enchant on fishing rod does nothing to improve the speed of fishing.

• Fishing lines can break, and keeping spare fishing lines is suggested.
