Community Assistant

What are Community Assistants

The Community Assistants (CAs) are players who volunteer and offer their knowledge and advice to new players, primarily through the CA Help channel. Any available Community Assistants names are listed in the box to the right of the CA Chat channel. CA's chat in CA help is blue to easy spot what they are saying.

Notes:

• The Epic server Elevation does not have the CA Help channel, as it's limited to premium accounts only.
• CMs are also considered CAs, but have additional roles. See CMs

Application process

The original Community Assistants were an amalgamation of the Player Assistant and Chat Moderator roles. The Lead Chat Moderator appoints new Community Assistants; people who are willing to help other players and have a sizable knowledge of the game.
