A marker used in the middle of a highway, or it could be, if it had eyes.

Used to make a catseye for highways.
Can be stored in a bulk storage bin.
Quality is capped by the lesser of the quality of stone shards and your paving skill divided by 5.
Even Fo priests can create blind catseyes (and doing so increase their paving skill).
