Ground cereals.

Flour is made by milling grain like barley, oat, rye or wheat with a grindstone.

Failure results in no loss of grain, only causes decrease in the quality of the grain.

It can be mixed with water to turn it into dough for baking into a bread.

Flour can be stored in a bulk storage bin.
