A heavy chain coif, worn on the head.

Chain armour for your head, so you will not get injured there as often or as severely. It does not protect the face. Chain armour generally provides a middle ground base defense with moderate penalties to walking and attack speed.

Chain armor offers a defense bonus vs. stabbing damage, while the equipment itself receives extra damage from stabbing.
The quality of the large anvil affects your creation chance.
