Introduction
The official IRC channels are on irc.heavenlyplace.net port:6667. There are two channels:
- #wurm - For general chat
- #wurmhelp - For players seeking help

In IRC, not in an actual channel, enter /ns register <password> <nick>
How to identify yourself
In IRC, not in an actual channel, enter /msg NickServ IDENTIFY <password
Or just enter the password in your IRC client.
