Increases chance to hit. Can only have 1 Truehit effect active so subsequent casts from the first will attempt to improve the power. Very good for channeling skill gain due to the favor cost and ability to repeatedly cast on self. Power increases length of effect, can be several minutes for a 50 power cast.
