Can be cast on both aggressive and non-aggressive creatures.
Will take the target down to very low health (typically "dying" status), but never kill it.
It's suspected to have the same effect as the Glass Orb of Doom, but where the artifact is a weapon of mass destruction, Smite only affects the target of the spell.
