Description

A large metal padlock. Can be attached to small and large chests, bulk and food storage bins as well as large carts.

Padlocks 101

• The chest's inventory window must be closed before attaching or removing a padlock for the Lock and Unlock options to be available.
• To lock a chest, activate the padlock, right-click the chest, and select Lock.
• To open a locked chest's inventory window, you must have the correct key activated.
• To remove a padlock, activate the correct key, right-click the chest, and select Unlock.

Notes

• The quality of the small anvil affects your success chance when creating.
• The quality of the iron lump effectively limits the quality of the lock.
• A key of the same quality as the lock is created with it.
• It is a very good idea to give locks and keys a meaningful name.
