Wow, the mystical easter bunny skips around here joyfully!

An NPC that is released into the wild during Easter time.

It does not drop easter eggs anymore. (Has been said to still drop them, VERY rare.)
Cannot be targeted.
It hops very fast and does not swim.
It will tell you in your event window when it is there: A faint, weird laughter is heard from afar.
