A decorative shoulder pad. These armour pieces come in a variety of materials and designs.
An item that is given as a prize randomly from participating in an active rift. The different shoulder pads have different effects to them. The dragon shoulder pad gives a dodge bonus versus bashing when wearing medium armor.
