Description
Bartender is an NPC in all starter towns.
Notes
The bartender gives food and water to any player with under 24 hours of play time. Right-click him and select Ask for refreshment. To see how long you've been playing, simply type /playtime in any chat windows. The amount of time you have spent in-game will be shown in the Event window.
Food and water levels are increased to 100%, and nutrition is increased to a maximum of 50%.
