Mined from zinc veins found underground.
Activate a pickaxe, right-click the vein and select Mine.
The result of 1 mining action (20 kg of ore), when smelted in a campfire, stone forge or smelter, will produce 1.0 kg of zinc lump.
Ore can also be analysed to prospect underground.
